I have a sister in law about to become a foster parent for a grand baby,what assisteance is available as far as food,clothing,getting ready for a baby,shes also adopting a grandson that calls her mom..has no help with anything for him was not offered any kind of assistance from local DHS..shes going to need help.Where do we find it since NOTHING ,and no info has been given to her.
